Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of labrynth.co (the "Site"), operated by Labrynth Studios ("Labrynth," "we," "us"), Ventura County, California. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, see our work, and contact us about a project. You agree not to misuse the Site: no automated scraping, no attempts to interfere with its operation or security, no submitting false information, and no use that violates the law.
2. Pricing, mockups, and proposals
Information on the Site, including the published pricing, is general and for informational purposes. The free homepage mockup we offer is prepared at our discretion, remains our property, and does not obligate either of us to proceed. Final pricing, scope, and timeline for any project are set out in a written proposal that both of us sign. No agreement for services is formed through the Site alone.
3. Content and intellectual property
The text, images, logos, code, and design on the Site belong to Labrynth or are used with permission. The demonstration sites shown in our case studies are concept work; the businesses and brands depicted in them are fictional unless stated otherwise, and any third-party names or marks belong to their owners. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; please don't copy or reuse our content without asking. Examples of our work are not a guarantee of identical results.
4. Third-party services and links
The Site is hosted by Vercel, and the contact form is processed by Formspree. The Site may link to other websites. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and available but don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, express or implied. This section applies to the website itself; any warranties for our services are set out in your signed proposal.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Labrynth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
